It’s a pivotal time for seniors’ care in Ontario.  A new understanding of long-term care is emerging about what’s required to care for Ontario’s seniors, now and for generations to come.
There is also urgency to this work: the front wave of the baby boomers turns 80 in five years with the population over 80 doubling in Ontario in 13 years. Plus, right now, there are 40,000 on the growing long-term care wait list.
Are you interested in bold and meaningful work?  Join the Ontario Long-Term Care Association (OLTCA) to re-imagine seniors care in Ontario, in our sector and beyond.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics to join our dynamic, high-performing, and collaborative team to apply the power of data and analytics to educate, motivate, and inspire positive action to meet the needs of seniors, today and tomorrow.
For more than 60 years, the Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA) has been committed to advancing the quality of long-term care services in Ontario. The OLTCA works to develop evidence-based policy solutions to the issues facing long-term care homes in the context of the broader health system and seniors care continuum with the aim of creating a strong and sustainable long-term care home sector that delivers the best quality care to Ontario's seniors.
The Ontario Long Term Care Association is the largest association of long-term care providers in Canada, representing 70% of the long-term care homes in Ontario, and the only association that represents the full mix of long-term care operators – not-for-profit, private, municipal, First Nations and hospital.
The OLTCA is a small high-performing team passionate about improving services for seniors across Ontario and serving our 400+ member long-term care homes.  Our three guiding values are impact, well-being and relationships which drives both how we work internally and how we work with our members, partners, government, and stakeholders.
