Glen Hill Terrace is a not-for-profit long-term care home, dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centred care grounded in dignity, respect, and excellence, serving 160 residents. We are currently seeking a Director of Care (DOC) to lead our Nursing Department and Resident Care Services.
About the Role
The Director of Care provides overall leadership and management of the Nursing Department and resident care services at Glen Hill Terrace. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care in compliance with legislative requirements and organizational standards.
